Turning Off Virtual Background Automatically

I have set up a virtual background picture of myself to use when I stop my Zoom video. However, when start my Zoom video, my virtual background still appears in the background. This started to occur after I had to reinstall Microsoft Windows on my computer. Previously when I started my Zoom video my virtual background would automatically turn off. How do I solve this problem?

    Under Setup, click the Virtual Background with Greenscreen toggle to enable it. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change. (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
