Turn or video during meeting without being shown on screen

Hello, during some meetings I have my video turned off at the start. When I turn on the video during the meeting, everyone will see my face on their screen, even when someone else is actively speaking. Is there a way to quietly turn on my video without disrupting the active speaker? Thanks!
