Turn on Zoom Video while the native camera is launched at the same time does not popup notification

I am Dell tester, according to the tickets: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/202952568-My-Video-Camera-Isn-t-Working there is a notification when we have zoom video call while SUT's camera on, but we cannot see the notification while the native camera is launched at the same, can see the notification if the camera is external came. OS version: 19042.2364, ZOOM version: 5.11.7185. Can you please help to solve my question as soon as possible? Thanks a lot, it's really urgent.
