Turn off Waiting Room Pop-up Message!

When you have the waiting room enabled, and there are people in the waiting room, you will get a pop-up on the bottom right of the screen.  It tells you there are # people entered the waiting room. It has a button to view.

We want the waiting room but with 10 or so co-hosts managing a large Zoom with multiple breakout rooms. we hate the pop-up on the bottom right that tells us there are people in the waiting room. We know they are there. That pop-up gets in the way of us answering the chat!

It is so annoying and I don't see a way to turn it off.   Attached is a screenshot of the notification that we desperately want to turn off!

Hello,

This would be a feature request as currently is part of our design that this shows how it shows for you.

Anyone with a Zoom account can submit a Feature Request to our Product Team, please visit Sending feedback to Zoom.  Please follow us at http://blog.zoom.us   and our release notes https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/sections/201214205-Release-Notes   for new product and feature announcements.

I hope this helps and please make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.

Thank you,

Jake

I mean, that’s a great business model. Don’t take a good idea from someone unless they have a paid account. Try it for yourself put yourself in a meeting not in full screen view. Have the chat and participants docked on the right. Then keep trying to type in the chat while having a bunch of people keep coming into the waiting room. You’ll have a lot of fun.
