Trying to help a friend to get a new password. How does she do that?

Hi my friend has a paid Zoom account  (until 100 members - for one year) in the States but wrote down the password falsely. She gave me her  meeting iD , her e-mail address for Zoom, her personal account number, the host key, the link to the meeting. How  can she reset her password - Please describe in a way that I can tell her, she has no idea about computers.

I don't come in . It always says wrong password.

Thank you for your help.

Ursula

Assuming that the account password was forgotten rather than the meeting passcode.

Hello - I am looking for similar help.

I have forgotten my password - been logged in for ages.  Today Zoom wanted me to sign in - I could not.  I could go to one of my meetings because I had the link separately.  But I still need to deal with my forgotten password.

Selecting forgotten password takes me to the account profile page.  I can change my password - but only if I know the original.  It does not do what it says it should - offer me somewhere to enter my email and get a reset link.

The article flagged by Storyhub does not make sense - probably me.

I am using Chrome and a gmail address.  Any ideas?

Thanks
