Trying to get a written transcript from my audio recording

Hi there, I'm new to Zoom pro and thought I could get a written transcript as a word doc or similar from my audio.  Have ticked all boxes in cloud recording (vtt files) etc, but can't seem to get an option for written transcript.  Anyone know how to do this?
