Transferring recordings to another account

We have opened a new account as our old one was under an employee's name who has retired from the company.  How do we have the recordings that are still under the old account transferred to the new one?

Hi, @Charan23 

We merged accounts in 2020. When we invited paid account users to a new account, the cloud recording data was also moved when we invited them to a new account.
Perhaps if you invite users to a new account, their recordings will be transferred as well.

 

Although it is already too late this time, we would like to inform you that you can request Zoom Support to change the ownership of the account in the name of the retired employee, in case a similar situation arises next time.
