How do I transfer a local recording (on PC) to the cloud to be able to transcribe it pls?

Create audio transcript is an advanced function of cloud RECORDING. Make sure this function is on in the web portal. Then playback the local recorded file using Zoom with cloud recording on. This is a real time process and NOT a file transfer process.
