Hi, can anyone recommend the best app for transcribing an existing audio file?  My organisation had disabled the functionality whenever the meetings were set up, so I want to use an app to transcribe them (17x1.5hrs) retrospectively.  I don't have 365, unfortunately.  Grateful for any recommendations.

If you have the budget and you need accuracy hire people to transcribe it. ASR/Automated transcription is good but not as accurate. That said you could check out Otter or Rev.com.

Hi @s-allen, adding to Jesse's recommendation, I would highly recommend checking out Meetgeek. It offers 5 hours/month free and has a great support team.
