I have never receivef the transcript of my meeting.  It is my understanding that It will arrive as a VTT file and that I will get an email that it is ready.

VTT files are not emailed; what is sometimes emailed is a separate notice that the transcription is available for download. They are included in the Cloud Recording area and can be downloaded from there. See this Zoom Support article for more info:
