Time zones

This is probably a silly question. I’m in EST (Massachusetts) and I will be hosting a meeting when I am out of this time zone.  Do I create the meeting using the time zone I will be in on that day?  Every time I switch it to a time zone that I will be in when the meeting starts it reverts back to EST

Not a silly question. When you go to another time zone, it will be correct. You don't need to change time zones when scheduling the meeting. Here is an example based on your mentioning you are in the Eastern Time zone. You created a meeting on August 9. The meeting is scheduled for August 15 at 1 pm ET. You travel from Massachusetts to California and are in Pacific Time on 8/15. Your computer will update to Pacific Time, and that Zoom meeting will start at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET. The key is to make sure your computer picks up the correct time zone when in CA, which it should do automatically.
