Time stamping for recorded zoom meetings

Hi!  We currently have someone who edits our zoom meeting recordings and then posts them with a time stamped recap.  We would like to stop editing the meeting recordings.  Our video editor says she has to watch the videos to timestamp them for the recaps.

Does anyone know of any app that works with zoom that we could use to timestamp the meetings DURING the actual meeting while it is being recorded?

You could look at the Recording Highlights feature.

@Rupert  I have gone through the articles you suggested.  I am following the instructions to the letter but I don't see Recording Highlights anywhere in our zoom administrative panel.  It's just not there.  Do I need a certain subscription to have access to this feature?  It sounds pretty cool...  Do you know?  Thanks!
