This window popping back up from its minimized state every minute or so is excruciatingly annoying

I have a meeting coming up in 10 minutes, I'd like to join and forget about it until it starts, but I'm not going to sit there and just wait - I'd like to keep working, and that thing popping back up every minute in the middle of the screen is infuriating.

Is there an option to make it stay minimized?
