Step by step. Meetings can be interpreted into Ukranian, Closed Captions can be translated into Ukranian and if you really wanted to, you can edit the registration process emails into Ukranian and provide them as the default..... I understand that this is a workaround, but I am sure that Ukranian localization is in the pipeline!
