The image of me is very pixelated I can't see myself clearly. I see other attendees just fine,

Hey @smithalite, interesting.. Is this your integrated webcam on the computer or are you using a USB camera? I'd first check to see if everything is up-to-date, with that being said your operating system, camera drivers, and Zoom.

The integrated camera. What’s really interesting I  did a test zoom with a friend of mine and my picture was just fine on her end but on my end I was pixelated and in 3 columns.  I attached a photo.

I have the same problem. Others see me fine, I see myself pixelized. External USB webcam, windows 7, zoom is up-to-date. In other applications like WindowsTeams or YouCam my image is fine.

Same here - happened out of nowhere. I use a light ring so lack of light is not the issue
