The computer freezes and turns to a blue screen while using Zoom

Hello, 
I have an HP laptop that every time I use zoom through it my computer freeyes and turns into a blue screen. I sent the computer to the HP lab for repair and they said it was not a problem with the computer but with the zoom on my computer. 
I updated  the zoom on my computer to the newest version and it still happens.
I would appreciate your help on what to do about this as this is a glitch that happens when I use zoom.

I am having the same issue. If I reset my computer right before a Zoom call I will be able to remain on the zoom call for longer but it still crashes. It gives me a blue screen and says its a hardware error. I do not have this problem with any other video conferencing software.

I have the exact same problem.  I've updated my video drivers and Zoom and continue to have the problem.  I am on an HP Spectre laptop.
