Terminate the call in IX5000

Hello over there I have a device IX5000 and need to use it to make meetings via Zoom using the CRC port but when I make a call join by sip like ( zoomcrc@xxxxxxxxxxx) the call is terminated immediately.

What is the reason for happening that?
