Temporary unmute is not working typing something in the chat!

Steps to reproduce the error:

Come out of full-screen mode
Open the chat
Type something in it, but don't send it
Close the chat using the keyboard shortcut (alt + h in windows) without clicking anywhere else.
Hold spacebar to unmute temporarily.

You won't be able to unmute using the spacebar because all the spaces are going to chat even when it is closed.
