Good morning.

I use Zoom for online piano lessons.  Lately I have experienced a lag of approximately two seconds.  This doesn't work for a musical instrument.  Also, although I can employ the original sound for musicians, anyone that I am teaching on an Apple device apparently can't.  Since I pay by the year, I'm dismayed to have options removed.  Zoom, on occasion has abruptly shut down in the middle of a lesson.  It has also given me a 40 minute shutdown, in spite of the fact that I pay for the more expensive plan.

 

Thoughts?
