We have some users that are using Teams Meetings in our Zoom Room that experiences Video issues intermittently. It seems like throughout the hour long meeting, the screen will freeze 3-4 times. I seems like we continue to have these connection/bandwidth issues with teams through zoom rooms constantly and not sure how we can fix this. We never have issues with zoom meetings, solely just teams. Also it is just down to one room of ours that usually has this issue, but we have ruled updates for for the app since it's happened across a series of different updates
Zoom controller version is 6.4.6 (3654)
Zoom Room App Version is 6.4.5 (5758), 64 bit
Any troubleshooting tips would help in this case.

I’ve been seeing the same thing in one of our Zoom Rooms—Teams meetings freeze a few times during longer calls, but Zoom meetings run fine. It’s only happening in one room, and it’s persisted across multiple app updates, so I’m not sure it’s version-related. Starting to think it’s a network or compatibility issue specifically with Teams in Zoom Rooms. Still looking for a solid fix. 😐

Hey Annnlee,
We tried a third party provider that allows us to use Teams without drops or issues, so I'm thinking it might be the Direct guest join process that causes issues. It might be a firewall issue. I would speak with Zoom support to see what protocals need to be able to pass through the firewall.
