Team member renewed Zoom Pro subscription. Meeting times out after 40 minutes.

My team member renewed his Zoom Pro subscription.  Since the prescription was renewed our meetings time out after 40 minutes.  Any idea why this is occurring?  Aren't meetings with Zoom Pro subscriptions allowed more time.  Thanks

Hi @hicjef ,
It is the main account holder that renews the subscription.
Once a subscription has been purchased, you need to allocate that license to the member who will be able to use it.
This second stage is what you probably need to do.

John, thanks.  Our member who is the main account holder is the one that renewed the subscription. He is the account holder who schedules the meetings.   (I know this happened to me once before and when I renewed the subscription we were assigned a new meeting ID, however members were still connecting with the old meeting ID invitation).   We have a meeting soon and will see how things work out.  Thanks again.
