Tap Space to Unmute

I am using Zoom on Windows, v6.2.6(49050)
In the previous version I was running of Zoom, you could tap space, and it unmuted. You could also long hold space to unmute temporarily.  This "tap space" to unmute  functionality has been removed.  Can it be put back in?

Now it seems you have to use Alt + A which is much more awkward.
