TRAFFIC.dll system error, code execution cannot proceed because TRAFFIC.dll was not found

\Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.   [   DOES  NOT  SOLVE PROBLEM  ]  !

steps  tried,    :
windows\system32\Traffic.dll   file added,    also to

Windows\SysWoW64  "    "                   "       to both subdirectories

CMD -  elevated  Command Prompt

 press Windows + R, type cmd in Run box, and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter.

Click Yes in the pop-up User Account Control window to run         Command Prompt as administrator.

regsvr32.exe "C:\Windows\System32\TRAFFIC.DLL"

register dll

[ropetty]

Try to run it as administrator.
