Switching from Desktop meeting to Mobile meeting always starts video on Mobile device

I have all my settings for starting audio / video when joining a meeting to off. This works fine when first joining meetings from desktop or mobile. However, if I join a meeting via desktop and then use the "switch to" feature on mobile while the meeting is still active, the video on my mobile device auto starts.

OS is Ubuntu

Mobile is Android

All updated to latest version

@Humashankar Yup, every turn off my video is off on both PC and Mobile. I think this is a bug with the "switch" feature during a meeting. Initially joining meeting via PC and Mobile I don't get this issue. On when switching mid-meeting to mobile.
