Switch option between laptop to mobile and vice versa

Earlier I had a switch option on my account where in i cud switch from my laptop to mobile and vice versa during a current meeting.. that option disappeared after i upgraded my device.. how can i restore it back

Am also having the issue of missing the switch button, whereas I had it in the past. Apps on mobile and desktop are up to date, not sure what's different

The option to switch devices between computer to mobile has also disappeared for me. I have the most up to date versions of the available software on my devices.

hi izaankml,

please verify that account management->account settings->meeting tab->in meeting (basic)->allow users to transfer meetings between devices toggle is enabled.
