I am currently logged in through my University email id but when I try to join an online class, I get a prompt switch accounts, despite being logged in the right account? Another student faced this issue and said that updating zoom worked for him. Strangely in my case, these issues started only after I updated zoom yesterday. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted without success. Kindly assist.

    Hi @K_333 , 

     

    Have you tried to log in and out of all Zoom accounts, completely uninstall the Zoom App, shut down the computer, and reinstall > log in with the correct email? This usually does the trick!
