Suddenly cloud videos cannot be downloaded?

For the past 2 years I have been making cloud recordings of classes I teach and then downloading them afterward to my device (MacBook.) In the past week, I have been unable to download these cloud recordings. The download button /icon still appears in the recording list, but when I click "download", nothing happens. Can anyone advise? Or let me know if you know of a change Zoom has recently made to the ability to download from the cloud to your device? I cannot record the meetings directly to my device, because I need to be able to share the cloud recording links with my students after the classes.

    I am having this problem too.  Hasn't happened before.  Description is exactly like it is for me.  Sorry I can't help but wanted to let Zoom support know.

    I solved my problem.  I quit Safari.  Restarted it.   And, downloading works again.
