Successfactors Configuration with zoom: Learners do not receive any Url Link to join the class

Hi, 

I just finished with configuring Zoom for virtual learning in our LMS Successfactor. Now when setting up a class, an instructor would receive an URL link to start the class but learner only receive one confirmation email of registration but not the URL to join the class. Could you advise?

May I ask if you had to use the Coso app in order to complete the integration?
