I'm trying to use Spanish subtitles for a student that I have that does not speak English. I am speaking English and the subtitles seemed to come out All mixed up. How do I fix this?

Hi @Lynne726 first, advise the participant and you (the host) to update Zoom to the most recent version in order to address any potential bugs that may have existed in earlier versions.
Second, would you mind taking a screenshot of the translated mixed subtitles when translating captions to another language?
