Struggling to ad an alternative host

Hi all

I have a meeting set up with a client and an affiliate company. I would like the affiliate company to host the meeting as I will be abroad, but I would like them to host it through my zoom.

We aren't connected on one account.

 

I would like to give them access as alternative host, but no matter how many support pages I read, I simply cannot get it to work.
Can someone help please?

Hello,

 

To add an alternate host both users need to be licensed and on the same account.

Can you invite them to your account? You can buy them a licence and add them. I believe you can purchase  a licence for as short as a month so you can do this.
