Is there a way to stop invited people from forwarding a meeting invite to others? We are having an issue with people inviting other people to meetings without the hosts knowledge.

Hi @MbBmohan

There is no direct way to prevent invitees from forwarding the meeting invitation

  • Consider requiring registration for your meetings. This allows you to screen attendees beforehand and approve only those you want to participate
  • Activate the waiting room feature. This creates a virtual lobby where attendees wait until the host admits them
  • Add a password to your meeting invitations. This adds an extra layer of security and prevents unauthorized access even if someone forwards the invite

Hope this helps - Happy to help further!!
Thank you very much and have a great one!
Warm regards

Huma
