Start meeting with no audio, end meeting, start again, I have audio

Everytime for the last month or so, when I start a scheduled meeting, the other participant cannot hear me, nor can I hear them.  

I end the meeting, start it again, the other participant joins, and we have audio.

 

This has happened every single time.

 

Can anyone shed any light on why this may be happening?
