I've done a meeting. When we started, it says recording in progress. I did'nt check witch recording it was.
When I check at the end, I have no recording of the video but I have the transcript. Is there anywhere a trace of the audio recording, if not the video.

Check all the recording settings in the web portal for both local and cloud recording then make a test recording to check your configuration settings. Local recordings have more limitations than cloud recordings.

In fact, the problem is not the settings : it's clearly a Zoom bug. As it says recording in progress, as we see that there is a record in progress, we can think that it is a normal record that is done. In fact, the AI record is not a record that we can use after, it is just a record for transcription. Because of this bug, I have loose my time and the time of my collegues. I have no record, because I have not started a real record. I don't need to know how I should have done, I need to Zoom to correct this bug and make a real difference between video/sound recording and AI recording.
Your solution will not work as it will not give me back the record Zoom maked me loose.
