Start a meeting, heard recording in progress at the beginning, and no video record at the end

Check all the recording settings in the web portal for both local and cloud recording then make a test recording to check your configuration settings. Local recordings have more limitations than cloud recordings.

In fact, the problem is not the settings : it's clearly a Zoom bug. As it says "Recording in progress", as we see that there is a record in progress, we can think that it is a normal record that is done. In fact, the AI record is not a record that we can use after, it is just a record for transcription. Because of this bug, I have loose my time and the time of my collegues. I have no record, because I have not started a real record. I don't need to know how I should have done, I need to zoom to correct this bug and make a real difference between video/sound recording and AI recording.

Your solution will not work as it will not give me back the record Zoom maked me loose.
