Spinning beach ball when I go into audio prefs in Zoom app (macos Mojave)

Every time I go into the audio tab of the Zoom app to get my output device, before I even get to click on a button I get the spinning beach ball. All other tabs, video, chat, etc. have no issues, jsut when I go into audio prefs. I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas?

Same here on my M1 Mac Studio Max. Can't do anything and I paid for a pro account!!! 😞 I already uninstalled/reinstalled zoom app several times.
