Speaker's screen gets blank as Black color

As soon as I join any meeting... My screen shows black color of the speaker's view.. I can see all the participants but as soon as someone speaks I can see just black screen of that perticular person while they speak... As soon as they stop speaking I can see their screen clearly.

 

Please guide.

    Having the same issue with at least 3 different computers. the video for the person speaking goes black but returns when they stop speaking. then happens to another person that is speaking.

    Also having this issue. It's really annoying especially in 1-1 meetings

    Hi @uttamregina @Jc1966 @SPBMCC_Support welcome to the community! IF on Windows please try the following setting configuration below to see if this helps your video rendering issue. We will be setting your video rendering to GDI

    1. Go to Zoom Client Settings
    2. Video
    3. Advanced
    4. Set Video Rendering Method to GDI
    5. Sign out and back into client
    6. Retest

    Let me know if changing of those settings help!
