I cannot hear participants on zoom.  Can see them and they can hear me.  This doesn't happen with any other application.  I can hear Netflix and Youtube for example.  This only happens when I try to zoom.  I have tried all the test suggestions.  I can see bars moving, but no sound is coming out.

Zoom, I cannot hear participants on regular zoom meetings. This happened after I updated the zoom application on my macbook pro. Every update comes with a set of glitches. This is very frustrating. You guys don't seem to give a flip about product quality or customer care.  You are forcing me to another platform.
