Sound on MacBook Air 2024

Hello maybe someone can help me. 

 have searched everywhere, but the audio sound during calls sounds so electric. 

I have been to the apple-shop and they say it is not my Mac that is making the issue as Spotify sounds amazing. 

But when I am in a meeting the left speaker (only the left) gives off something like a static noise, more like constant fuzz, I cannot really explain ist that well, but it seems like my speakers are vibrating with the sound 

Can anyone help me or is this the way zoom should sound? 

my MacBook is 3 days old.
