Sound notification for meetings is enabled but no alert sound when participants enters meeting

Hello!

We have an educator that has enabled "Sound notification when someone joins or leaves"; however, when learner join the meetings, the chime is not sounded. 

Has anyone come across this one before? Here are some details:

• Just switched to a new computer (had been working before on a different device)
• Zoom Version: 5.14.8.16213
• Chrome 113 on Windows 10
• Uninstalled Zoom and re-installed latest version (5.14.8.16213)
