Hello!
Hopefully there's someone out there that can help me.
I am a Spanish conference interpreter. Lately when using the interpreter feature "some" of the participants cannot hear me on the Spanish channel. However, everyone is able to hear the other interpreter that I partner with. This was not always the case, I never had this problem before.
Does anyone know how to remedy this? Or why this maybe happening? Should I uninstall and reinstall?
Please HELP!!!
