Som questions about meeting NOT created by me with the base plan

Hello,

I have to participate every friday to a meeting with my PC, in wich I have to:

1. Remain about 2 hours (already done on my Ipad)

2. Share my screen (I have to present a .ppt during the meeting).

Is it possible?
