Since the upgrade I am no longer able to see my guest who dials in.

Since the upgrade I can no longer see my guest when she dials in.  She can see me but I can't see her.   When she sets up the meeting in free zoom, we can see each other.  I have doublechecked all my settings, cannot see an issue
