I have an upcoming meeting that could hit the 500-participant cap. I want to understand what the cap means. Is it 500 users at a single moment? Or is it 500 distinct users over the life of the meeting itself?
Could I potentially have a list of 1000 people that attended, but fewer than 500 at any given moment?

Hello @RiceBowl,
The way that I understand it and I believe that the logic is still the same as it has been for a long time now. So, 499 people, plus you can be in the meeting at any given point of the meeting, so if 501 person tries to join they will get a pop up that the meeting is full, but lets say that user number 500 leaves the meeting 10s after the user gets that prompt, the meeting will automatically let user 501 in. So, in essence, yes, you could have a 1000 people that attended the meeting throughout the term of the session, but 500 at any given point of the meeting. Let me know if that makes sense to you.
