Shure SM7B Dropping During Meeting

I recently moved from a USB microphone to a Shure SM7B which I run through the Focusrite Scarlet.  During my last couple of Zoom meetings, the microphone dropped and I could not get the audio back. The first time I had to end the meeting and start a new meeting.  Today it happened on a meeting someone else was hosting, and I had to go back to using my system microphone.  Anyone else have that issue?  I am working on Windows 10, PC.
