Shows invalid meeting id

I have a licensed Zoom meeting but then I accidentally removed one of the participants. Now, that person is not able to join back...it shows Invalid id...I closed the meetings several times but for any new meeting it shows Invalid id. Is that person blocked? Permanently? How?

If you are unable to join a Zoom meeting because of an invalid meeting ID, try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Enter meeting ID and passcode manually
Log in to the Zoom mobile app.
Under the Meeting tab, tap Join.
Enter the meeting ID, then tap Join.
Enter the passcode, then click OK.
