Showing non video participants in recoding of meeting

In our meetings we have non participants visible so that we see thumbnails with the name on. However the thumbnails of the non video participants do not show in the cloud recording which make it difficult to take notes from the meeting recording. Is there a setting I can change to make the non video participants name thumbnails visible in the recoding please? We use the desktop app on a Mac, and keep the app updated.

I have the same question. I found out today that I do not have zoom support. I sse that your request is a few months old with no answer from a user or zoom support. I am considering Microsoft Teams now. Paying for something with no support will not work for us.
