Sharing the same background as other participants

As a host of a meeting, is there any way that I can make the background the same for other participants joining?

 Our team is looking to host a professional meeting in which we would all share the same background. Each participant is joining from different accounts and different laptops. We have been unable to determine a way to automatically assign participants with the same background upon joining the meeting. Is there a way to do this? If not, would you be able to share any alternative solutions? 

Given my first question, does Zoom have background templates that we could use for uniformity and potentially customize with our organization’s logo?

I think you can do that in webinars or events, not sure which, but not meetings.  Might be a good feature request.

I've had hosts just send everyone the background they want people to use for meetings for something like this ahead of tiem.
