Sharing screen freezes my external monitors on Mac

I have a Macs with M2 chips in my company that I do IT for. We are having users one a month report issues that their second and sometimes 3rd monitors freeze as soon as they screen share in a meeting. Is there a common solution to this issue? No error codes. The screen just fre
