Shared screen appeared transparent

One participant joined the zoom meeting on his computer through emailed invite link. He shared screen on his desktop. The screen appeared transparent, showing his iphone phone keyboard underneath. It looked like his share screen was an overlay over the phone, but he joined zoom through his desktop. Can anyone explain how this would happen?

I know it has been a bit since you posted, but I wanted to know if you are still experiencing this issue so that may try to assist 🙂 Has the participant updated the Zoom Client to the latest version?
