Share recordings to select group privately

I'm hoping someone can help me

I am looking to start some PT classes online via zoom. Not everyone will be able to attend live so I would like to send out the recording to my clients only how can I set the security settings so that only certain people can view the recording

I do not want them to share it with random people thank you

In order to restrict access to specific users each user must have a Zoom account (free or paid) that they are logged into before trying to view the recording.
